Biography
He was born in Nevşehir / Avanos. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Nevşehir. In 2011, he completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of Secondary Mathematics Teaching at Ahmet Keleşoğlu Faculty of Education at Selçuk University. Then in 2013 he took his Master’s and (in 2017) PHD degrees at the Department of Measurement and Evaluation at Ankara University. He started to work as a research assistant at the Department of Measurement and Evaluation at Erzincan University in 2011. He worked as a research assistant at Ankara University between January 2012 and May 2016 in accordance with the Article 35 and then at Erzincan University between June 2016 and January 2018. He has worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Measurement and Evaluation at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. He has many papers presented in international and national conferences, articles taking place in peer-reviewed journals scanned by national and international indexes and international book chapters. Multivariate statistics, achievement test and scale development, computerized adaptive tests, academic achievement of scholars, measurement precision and test security are among his study topics.
